Well yesterday was my 30th birthday and had a great day with Lianne and Sebastian and then the Front Runner Training Squad. Brick Training in the morning, Pancakes for Breakfast, Fremantle and a prison tour over lunch (while my little sister Libby looked after Sebastian), a big birthday cake from Kathy and the running squad and then a beautiful seafood risotto washed down with a nice bottle of vino! Great day all round and thanks to everyone who sent through well wishes.
